Candy Bar for Suggestions
Tier 1 $20 – New Idea – idea that has not been submitted or thought of before
Tier 2 $50 – Creative Idea – idea that is “extra” novel decided by management
To qualify for a Tier 3,4, 5 reward, the department manager will contact you for a brief meeting to expand the idea.
Tier 3 $100 – Idea Explored for Execution – idea that is valuable to plan execution
Tier 4 $500 – Executed Idea – idea implemented to significantly change operations of the company
Tier 5 Unlimited – Proven Idea to Enhance Product Quality/Features, Increase Efficiency in Operations, or Improve Sales Growth. Reward depends on magnitude of impact to the company.
